Jaleesa M. Smith is the Founding Partner of Friends of Cabrini. Ms. Smith has over five years of unschooling and tutoring experience. She is committed to guiding unschoolers through their learning journeys. Prior to pursing her entrepreneurial path, she successfully campaigned and strategized for candidates for political office. She was recently featured in the Guardian-U.S., Crain Chicago Business, and Melanted Gold Homeschool Magazine. Ms. Smith has a Bachelors degree in Marketing Communication. She is currently pursing a Masters degree in Elementary Education from DePaul University.
