Cancellation Policy

The following cancellation policy applies to all classes and programs, and to all unschoolers:

Families must provide written notice of cancellation before the enrollment period ends (first week of class) to receive a refund of all monies paid, excluding the nonrefundable membership fee. Refunds will be provided within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving notice of cancellation. For materials and supplies shipped to unschoolers, no refands will be rendered. Friends of Cabrini is not responsible for any neglience during shipping and delivery schedules. Friends of Cabrini will provide tracking information for USPS, UPS, and Fedex.

Administrative Withdrawal/Cancellation:

Unschoolers are monitored during the first week of each class for signs of activity such as participation, project completion, and experiments. Unschoolers who do not demonstrate activity in their classes during the first week are administratively withdrawn or cancelled; the effective day is the second scheduled class time. Families of unschoolers who are administratively withdrawn/cancelled from the class for non-participation will not receive a refund. 

Note: Participation in any class is the responsibility of all families and unschoolers. If an unschooler remains enrolled in a class after the enrollment period ends (first week of the class), he/she will remain enrolled in the class through the end of the trimester.
